Small (≤2h)

New card/tile, light DAX/SQL, refresh tweaks.

Medium (≤4h)

New small page/section, model tune, light integration.

Anything larger or beyond your monthly capacity becomes a fixed-price Mini-Project.

Capacity expectations per tier

Lite

~3–5 Micros or ~1–2 Smalls / month.

Core

~6–10 Micros, or ~3–5 Smalls, or ~1–2 Mediums / month.

Plus

~10–16 Micros, or ~6–8 Smalls, or ~3–4 Mediums / month.

These are planning ranges, not hard caps. We’ll confirm sizing before work begins.

Intake & SLA

  • Submit via shared inbox/portal; triage within 1 business day (Mon–Fri).
  • We size (Micro/Small/Medium), confirm fit, and schedule.
  • Monthly Loom + notes for executive visibility (Core+).

Policies

  • No rollover of unused capacity; you can pause with 7-day notice.
  • Security: client-owned credentials, least-privilege, audit trail.
  • Weekend support not included by default.

When does work become a Mini-Project?

  • New page builds, net-new data sources, RLS, significant model refactors.
  • Anything >4h or beyond monthly capacity.
